This gorgeous, stunning, thick leaf aloe is another Kelly Griffin hybrid that can grow 18” tall and 2’ wide. The leaves of aloe ‘delta lights’ are of a dark evergreen, but are heavily spotted. Some plants may take on even more of the color of the white specs, giving the plants an almost reverse coloring. This hybrid was first released in 2011 as a hybrid of Aloe Deltoideodonta and has a much easier name to pronounce. While the parent plant is quite hardy, and has origins from central Madagascar, we have found this hybrid is a bit more touchy. Continue to use this plant in gardens and containers, but try and protect from areas receiving too much intense afternoon heat/sun. We love to see it planted with senecio haworthii to accent its snowy white specs.
