Please note: This is a nursery greenhouse and outdoor environment with lots of lifting, moving, and hard physical work. You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and be comfortable working in varying weather conditions.

What You’ll Do

• Pull the right plants in the correct quantity for each order.
• Double-check sizes, varieties, and counts for accuracy.
• Organize and stage orders so they’re clear and ready for review.
• Label, clean, and sleeve plants neatly after confirmation.
• Work efficiently while keeping quality and accuracy first.
• Communicate issues quickly and ask questions when something doesn’t look right.
• Support Customers and Help them find what they need, answer questions, pull and load orders
• General Maintenance and whatever it takes to keep the greenhouse running smoothly.

What You Need

• A strong work ethic and a positive attitude
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Able to bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Flexibility to jump in wherever needed and get your hands dirty
