Our Shipping Story
Every order is picked fresh from our greenhouse. Plants move directly from their growing area to our packing team, where a quality control manager reviews each one to confirm it meets our standards. After inspection, the plant is cleaned, pruned, and prepared for packing. A second quality check is completed before the order is marked ready for shipment. You may see a check mark on your box as part of this process.
Our packaging is fully recyclable. We work with care and attention so your plants arrive looking their best. Weather can affect shipping times, and if delays occur, we will contact you with updates.
Shipping Rates and Carriers
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on total weight and your zip code. We work with USPS and UPS and use negotiated rates. You may choose expedited shipping if available. The shipping calculator shows exact carrier rates with no added handling fees.
Processing Time
Orders typically ship within 3 to 5 days. This window allows us to follow our watering schedule and ship plants in the right condition. Shipping plants too wet or too dry can affect their health, so timing is important. We also plan shipments to minimize transit time based on distance.

If Something Goes Wrong
We take pride in our process, but shipping plants can be challenging. If your order arrives with a problem, email a clear photo to info@ocsucculents.com
within 7 days of delivery. We will review the issue and provide a replacement or store credit when appropriate.
