Return and Replacement Policy

We want every order to arrive healthy and ready to grow. Each plant is packed with care, but issues can happen during shipping. If your order arrives with a problem, we will work with you to fix it.

Reporting an Issue
If you notice any concerns when your package arrives, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Email info@ocsucculents.com with your order number and a clear photo of the plant or packaging issue. Photos help us understand the problem and improve our process.

Replacements and Store Credit
After reviewing the issue, we will provide either a replacement or store credit based on your preference. Most replacements are sent out quickly once approved.

Please Note
• Plants are living products. Natural variations in size, color, and shape are normal and not considered defects.
• We cannot issue replacements or credit for plants damaged due to improper care after arrival. If you need help with care instructions, we are happy to assist.
• If your order is lost or delayed in transit, contact us. We will help determine whether the carrier will cover the loss and find the best solution.

Your satisfaction is important to us. If something goes wrong with your order, we will make it right.
